When you install the Cadillac XT4 LED emblem, you need to remove the grill, then you can install the Cadillac XT4 LED emblem. The 1st/2nd Gen Cadillac XT4 LED emblem looks bigger than the stock emblem because it requires removing the grill and fixing it with screws at the back. Unlike the XT5/XT6, where you can replace it with clips, the XT4 is different.

So when you receive the Cadillac XT4 LED Emblem, don’t think it’s not right; this is due to the installation method.

 

Power Requirements: 12V and 3W.The dynamic Cadillac XT4 led emblem has two wires. The black wire connects to the grounding (-) and the red wire connects to the fuse box.

To find the right plug to connect the LED emblem light, locate a fuse in the fuse box that receives power when the car is turned on and loses power when it’s turned off. Remove that fuse and install the tap that comes with the light, then put the fuse back in the box. This way, both items receive power when the car is turned on or off.
